My wife and I attended. This was an introductory meeting as we were looking for a new internist. Every part of the process met and exceeded our expectation. The nurse that saw us before the doctor was kind, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She has a nice sense of humor. She was also very personable. She went through the records and added or changed the information in the chart and made sure we communicated the reason for a our visit. , Dr. Ashfaei met and surpassed all our expectations. He was very knowledgable about the conditions I have. He answered all our question in great detail after having listened very carefully to what we asked. He provided us with new information that will help in my care. He has a gentle sense of humor. He is very kind and since he stood by the computer, he would move forward to get closer to us when it was appropriate. He is the doctor we've been looking for. Additionally, my wife was very impressed by the work that had been done by the staff to collect all of my previous medical information. Everything was accessible and had been uploaded so the doctor didn't't have to rely exclusively on our memory. Our only negative comment was the parking. We didn't use the underground parking and will have to check that out next visit.

Love my Doctor

Excellent doctor. He answers all of my questions/concerns and explains things clearly. I do wish there was better sharing of information between my urologist (Genesis Healthcare - Telos) and my primary care physician (part of Providence). I always make sure I keep my doctor updated with my blood test results ordered by my urologist. Not a big deal, but I think it's odd that it doesn't happen automatically between provider groups.

Dr Ashwin Ashfaei is the best dr I've had in my life. He is courteous, listens, makes it easy to understand all my health issues. I trust that he has the best intentions for my health. He's had gone above and beyond, when his colleague did nothing.

My physician and his staff as well as the front desk personnel are always pleasant. I feel listened to which was very important to me during this visit because I had concerns about my health.
