Dr Bursten was very receptive to the type of care I was seeking and is very knowledgeable on all aspects of care needed for someone my age and medical requirements.

Thank goodness I finally broke down and cried and someone compassionate gave me an appointment with Dr Bursten who was fabulous. Prior to this all my appointments were extremely difficult to make in terms of timing, each time I was not able to see an actual physician (mine unfortunately is out due to cancer) and I was shuttled from an RN to a PA without the proper experience to assist with my complicated care. I was very lucky to have made it to a scheduler who realized my situation and put me in with Dr Bursten!

The Dr. Was very easy to talk to & asked good questions about my health.

The provider did not review my chart; it was our first meeting and he was not prepared

Dr.Burstin saw that I was in pain and took all steps necessary to resolve the problem. He struck me as a caring healer.

The doctor couldn't pull up my chart information and asked me to do it on my phone so he could look at it. I'm not sure how carefully he checked it for this pre-op appointment. I had little confidence in what he said.

Wait times always seem to be a bit of an issue but wasn't to point I was getting angry. I was very happy with the service Dr Bursten provided.

Post visit, I reviewed the notes Dr. Bursten took. They were not an accurate record of our discussion. He listed several symptoms that I did not mention. I am concerned that he may be recommending treatment for symptoms I don't have. I will bring this up in my follow on appointment.

Dr. Bursten was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and listened carefully. As a result I have regained most of my health back and can work again. Even though he is not my regular GP, it was obvious that he spent time reviewing my medical records and responded appropriately to my current medical needs. I am still in the process of having more tests, but definitely can function for part-time work again because of his excellent diagnosis. My husband also goes to Dr. Bursten and feels he is truly one of the best, if not best physician we have encountered. It is nice to talk with an intelligent medical provider who is willing to explain what he thinks is going on and how it will be treated. I have been happy with both GP doctors I have had in this group, but Dr. Bursten is truly top-notch and I feel lucky to have him as my physician.

Dr. Bursten was amazing! He helped me navigate my Covid problems quickly and effectively . I wish he was my PCP!! I am now on the road to recovery thanks to him. Super nice guy with a good sense of humor !

He did the best he could under the circumstances that were present! I cannot fault him for that! My regular physician was not available, nor was his next in line and so the third in line was available!!!
