The doctor explained the mole I had on my back! Best method was to burn it off. Done in 5 minutes.
Providence Patient
Dr El is an amazing doctor. He genuinely cares about his patients and always explains things in a way that's easy to understand. I don't know what I'd do without him.

No bad. All very good.
Providence Patient
Neither the nurse or doctor seemed to have any idea why I was there. When I explained all the info was in my chart, they didn't look at it at all. When I told them what was wrong (a different doctor told me) they acted like I didn't know what I was talking about.
Providence Patient
