Dr. Bae saw me Immediately when my Primary Care Physician could not, due the fact that he had no openings -- a situation that has happened three times with my Primary Care Physician, which makes it feel like I don't have a Primary Care Physician. Not good. However, this time when I called (and failed, once again) to get help from my PCP, Dr. Bae stepped in, Immediately, and I feel very lucky that he did. I saw Dr. Bae the day I called. He is an excellent doctor and ordered a CT scan for me, which was performed within a few days of my office visit. Dr. Bae contacted me within a day after the scan was done via Patient Portal and a letter via USPS, which I received within a few days of the CT scan. He explained the condition -- ptosis of the kidney -- and explained what that is. In addition, he gave the all of the results of the scan, i.e., other observations beyond the kidney issue. However, when I asked if I could have an appointment for a follow-up office visit he referred me back to my Primary Care Physician, who declined to see me when I asked him for a follow-up, either office visit or Zoom. So, I still have unanswered questions about how I should proceed, i.e., how to live with ptosis of the kidney without doing further damage. Therefore, I'd have to say Providence doctors provide excellent medical care -- to a point -- but does not always meet the needs of its patients.

I like this doctor so much that I would have gone to my checkup with him whether or not I had insurance coverage, I highly trust this physician, I get good answers/explanations to my questions, and good recommendations to special care when needed. I looked forward to seeing this physician and the experience for me was very good.
