Dr Mclaughlin is a wonderful Dr, that provides superior care to his patients. I and many others are very lucky to have him.

It is frustrating the fact that it takes so long to get an appointment to see my doctor, or any doctors at this clinic.I've had to go to other medical companies for medical care because I could not get in to see my doctor for medical issues.I am coming to your company following my doctor that now works for you. He has been my personal doctor for 20+ years.

Dr. McLaughlin is very kind and attentive. Having had about 5 different physicians over the past 20 years, because of people coming and going, he was the ONLY one that took the time to look at past medical records to learn my past and current health. It made me very comfortable with his guidance on my health. Others did not seem to show any concern at all. Thankfully I am pretty healthy. I gave only a grade of 5 for reference to other people because of the lack of physicians currently. I don't know if that will change in the near future or not, seems to be a problem everywhere. Thank you

Timely scheduling for my problem and professional advice.

Dr McLaughlin is always very attentive to answers to my concerns. Gives very responsive reply's to my test results in the MyChart app. Do to our pending move it will probably be our last visit with Dr McLaughlin and both my wife and myself will surely miss him.

It's always pleasant seeing the staff and doctors at federal way 320th.since you are getting more doctors on board ,the patients won't have to wait three months for an appointment.

Good services and hospitality

Dr McLaughlin is great have been a patient of his over 30 years. Pac med not so much can't get in in a timely manner, so if you have a ugent health concern forget about it you have to go to urgent care or ER. When not necessary.

Great doctor, respectful, willing to take a second or even third look if you're unsure about original diagnosis. Is easy to reach and quick to respond. Keeps the mood light and easy which is good for introverted patients and those with anxiety. Can also hold a conversation for the extroverted patients that like to yap. Gentle during exams which is important to me, I am fragile and experience constant pain. I've had other doctors handle exams far too rough, causing enough pain to bring me to tears. I'm fortunate/grateful to not have to worry about that kind of experience here.

Only comment would be with your phone network. At times hard to understand and transfers would be a dead end. In house customer service was excellent. Caregivers and staff very knowledgeable and friendly.

Dr. McLaughlin was kind and empathetic. He provided me input and gave me a referral to specialist and explained how to provide them with my records.All the other staff we kind and patient - The person who drew my blood sample was welcoming and understanding.

Dr. Mclaughlin really listened to all of my concerns about my health ssues and he's very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was very easy to talk to.

I was seen at the scheduled time. The tech who initially saw me was very courteous, professional, and attentive. Dr McLaughlin provided great care during my visit and explained lab results and my treatment. Scheduling was very difficult on the website and I had to call the clinic to schedule.

My Dr. McLaughlin is the best Dr our family has ever had. We have seen him for over 20 years. The only observation I have is that it takes a long time to get in to see him. But he is very attentive to MyChart messages. He reads them and answers quickly. We can get things done, thank goodness through that option. The Dr. Must stay very busy! If there was an urgent matter, the clinic does fit us in earlier to be seen, than our appt, if needed. You are very lucky to have Dr. McLaughlin on your team. There are not many pcps with his expertise, common sense, and compassionate care!
