I was having trouble working my glucose monitor. Dr Swenson went over to the pharmacists, asked them to give me a lesson on the correct operation. They did that ans now I am understanding and operating the machine.

Dr. Swenson is always aware of my medical history and health priorities. She provides thoughtful evaluation and practical solutions to address my health concerns. She provides rational or reasonable answers to my questions. PacMed is fortunate to have her on its Team.

I really appreciated the doctor taking my concerns seriously. Blood test results confirmed what I had suspected. Grateful for a provider who listens.

This is the first time I saw Dr. Swenson, she was professional, addressed my concerns, answered my questions, and ordered additional testing to confirm or rule out what I thought was the issue (Kidney Stones). She did not think it was the problem (and apparently she was right - which is why I went to see a professional)...

Dr Swenson listens to what you have to say. She refers a patient to the doctor that will best assess and treat a problem the patient has if it is not within her practice (ie: podiatrist, dermatologist or physical therapist)

Care providers are great. My primary care provider is usually booked out 2-3 months; but I have seen other providers when I wanted/needed more timely visits and they have all be excellent.
