I felt very comfortable from the time I arrived at the registration desk to my departure. Everyone was pleasant, respectful, had personality and was professional. They also had a v. Good sense of humour. Dr. Taylor impressed me with his knowledge, experience and was willing to listen to my needs and answered my questions thoroughly.
