Providence Patient
Dr was much more receptive to my side effects complaints. Rather than feeling "brushed off" like in the past. He explained that joint pain isn't a normal complaint but is always possible as every body is different. He looked me in the eyes, which made me feel more confident in him as being trustworthy. I was on the verge of asking for transfer of care, but this last appointment was good and I'll stay w this dr for now. I hope he will continue to be more receptive, empathetic, and use eye contact to keep his patients trust strong.
