About Tracy Bazan
Tracy Bazan, M.D., earned her medical degree from New York Medical College and completed her internship, residency and fellowship at Oregon Health & Science University. She is board certified in neurology. Dr. Bazan's practices focuses on neuromuscular disorders. She joined Providence as a general neurologist in 2019 before transitioning to Providence ALS Center of Excellence in 2020.

I enjoy meeting with Tracy Bazan as she listens to my current concerns or needs and offers understandable feedback and solutions for me. I like her calm demeanor and friendliness. The ALS team of health care professionals that work with Dr. Bazan are all caring and knowledgeable people and I feel the workshops are worthwhile.
