I feel the Dr went above and beyond his expertise. Concerned if some findings that may or may not be a concern. Still looking into by other specialists. I informed him of everything. He was very caring and informative on what procedures I need from him and his team.

The Providence staff was excellent. I could not have asked for better service. I was referred to your clinic for a second opinion concerning the possibility of a second neck surgery. I am so impressed with the care I received from this team I would actually have a difficult time choosing who I would have do my second surgery if it's required, because I have that much trust in my initial surgeon. Dr. Su is a most impressive doctor. He even gave me a referral to have a steroid injection in hopes that not only will it help with my pain, but to help determine if a second surgery would be beneficial.

First visit with this provider. Found him to be forthcoming and happy to address my questions. More tests and work to be done before we see if issue is addressed as best it can.

He was very caring and honest in his opinion. He doesn't always ge to deliver good news but I feel he did a wonderful job of being compassionate and transparent with the information we needed to know. Being that our provider was a surgical specialist, I was most appreciative that he did NOT push surgery as a solution but rather the opposite. Given conditions, he explained rather thoroughly why surgery was not his first choice and what would have to change. I also appreciated the time he took to listen and answer questions. I felt heard and understood. Health situations are multi-faceted and I want to leave no stone un-turned in understanding my condition such that I can to make smart choices. The time the Dr took was very helpful to me such that I can be my own best advocate going forward. Collaborative and supportive. He did a great job.
