The doctor took the time to answer all my questions. He was easy to understand.
Providence Patient
I wait a 15 minutes before I was called back into a room with the audiologist. I waited another 75 minutes to see the doctor. He did not say anything about the delay. I believe that is a courtesy. I did like Dr. Schmitt and appreciated his willingness to listen and try a simple procedure to see if it helps my issue. He also ordered a test and that referral arrived to me in 2 days. He also understood that I should have the test done in my area and fir convenience. Except for the long wait the visit was very good.

I was very impressed with the surgery, before and after care. The anesthesia group prepared me ahead of time, and the nurses were very competent. Dr.Schmitt is smart, efficient, and perceptive to his patients needs.
