The doctor felt very rushed, bedside manner was terrible and asked a question and got a very rushed response as she was getting ready to head out the door. I assume it's bc the spot was running slightly late and she was trying to recover to get back on track so my appt was impacted. Other women's wellness checks have typically included an order for routine blood work - I asked and was told that she doesn't order those and it'll need to be done by a primary. Strange she can't order routine bloodwork but can order a colonoscopy?!

Dr. Buchanan always takes time to listen to my concerns and explains everything in an understandable way. She is quick to call me if she needs to get back to me about something and always comments on my test results in a timely manner. Most of all, I appreciate her patience when I have a lot of questions!

Pleasant experience overall. Receptionists and medical assistants were all friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Buchanan. She was very kind and had a calming energy. She Explained everything and took time to answer any questions and address any concerns I may have.

Christina Buchanan does not seem to have the desire to connect with patients/myself. It's disheartening because I was under the impression that she did when I got put on the waitlist to be seen by her.

I was advised to f/u with another specialist for a Gyn/OB related issue that could have easily been addressed by the physician that day if she had more time to spend with me.

Overall care has been amazing.
