Dr.washak made me feel extremely comfortable during my well women exam and the nurse her brought me in was very kind and also made me feel very comfortable during the rooming process. I am lucky to have a great OB!

My provider was very kind and listened without judgement to my concerns. The administrative staff were also helpful and patient. Previously being a care taker to a cancer patient, I noticed many administrative professionals lacking bed side manner and overall kindness, helpfulness, and listening. This was not the case at Facey. All admin professionals were very helpful and knew the correct information. Excellent experience with staff. Including phlebotomist.

I travel from Simi Valley to Mission Hills to see Dr Waschak because of how considerate and knowledgeable she is. Each time I have seen Dr. Waschak it is evident that she keeps herself up to date on latest research and best practices, which, as an educator, I really appreciate.

I am extremely pleased with my 1st time visit with Dr. Waschak. She listened to my reason of visit, she drew a picture for me to understand it visually on what was found on my test results and shared her concerns. Dr Waschak has followed up with me via my chart with my other test results, if there has been any changes and how I was feeling. You can tell that she loves her job and that cares for her patients. I appreciate her so much.
