The doctor had excellent bedside care. She took her time, thoroughly listened & reassured all my concerns. She even preformed a test there in the office so I wouldn't have to schedule & come back which was so appreciated.

Dr. Spivak is very thorough and understands and responds to my health concerns.

Dr Spivak was calm and listened well. Her team seemed interested and excellent. It was my first visit with her and if I need further care in her specialty, I would come back to see her.

Dr. Spivak delivered my first child 26 years ago, and shortly thereafter, my Insurance changed, so I have been with Kaiser for the last 25 years. Recently, the company I work for sold, so I have come full circle to have Dr. Spivak as my physician again. From my first visit, she informed me of some things I needed to change to improve my numbers. She has made a very big impact on me, and I'm grateful to have her as my OB/GYN.

Helen was just great! She listening intently and thoughtfully, answering any questions I had. I had a small procedure done at the last minute and she carefully explained what she was doing. I trust her inherently.

Dr Spivak always spends as much time as needed and answers all my questions.

Dr. Spivak had a PA in training with her. The PA did a great job.

Routine Gyno. Exams are always a bit awkward. Even more so with a resident learning beside the Dr. Overall, Dr Spivak and her NP resident made it as minimally awkward as possible.

I was asked about my sexual preferences which seemed out of the blue, irrelevant, and embarrassing. More time was spent exclaiming over old test results with interest on specific moments rather than trends. I was never asked how o felt or how I was doing. When I left I was told to schedule an ultrasound which I did. Its in about 6 weeks. But then what? Do I call and make another appointment? Does the doctor call me? I feel so unseen, like I was a chart to be read, a thing to be poked and prodded rather than a person that needed care and help.

Communicates well. Compassionate.

Dr. Spivak is an excellent physician- not only knowledgeable but also thinking outside the box to figure out what is going on.

The doctor was great and very comforting during an awkward appointment. Getting a new gynecologist isn't always an easy experience to have but she was great and made me feel like me having lots of questions was OK. It took a while to get to see her because the office was running behind and the receptionist was having a difficult time inputting my insurance. She also gave me forms to complete that I had already done online the night before. It would be great to be able to schedule through the app so that I don't need to schedule on the phone during my work hours.

Dr Spivak is the best doctor I've ever had. She has helped me more than any other doctor. She is excellent in every meaningful way.

Dr. Spivack is awesome and treated my 16 year so sweetly. My daughter was very nervous going to a gynecologist for the first time but Dr. Spivack was smooth and talk to her with ease. We appreciate that!
