Helen was just great! She listening intently and thoughtfully, answering any questions I had. I had a small procedure done at the last minute and she carefully explained what she was doing. I trust her inherently.

Routine Gyno. Exams are always a bit awkward. Even more so with a resident learning beside the Dr. Overall, Dr Spivak and her NP resident made it as minimally awkward as possible.

I was asked about my sexual preferences which seemed out of the blue, irrelevant, and embarrassing. More time was spent exclaiming over old test results with interest on specific moments rather than trends. I was never asked how o felt or how I was doing. When I left I was told to schedule an ultrasound which I did. Its in about 6 weeks. But then what? Do I call and make another appointment? Does the doctor call me? I feel so unseen, like I was a chart to be read, a thing to be poked and prodded rather than a person that needed care and help.

The doctor was great and very comforting during an awkward appointment. Getting a new gynecologist isn't always an easy experience to have but she was great and made me feel like me having lots of questions was OK. It took a while to get to see her because the office was running behind and the receptionist was having a difficult time inputting my insurance. She also gave me forms to complete that I had already done online the night before. It would be great to be able to schedule through the app so that I don't need to schedule on the phone during my work hours.

Dr Spivak is the best doctor I've ever had. She has helped me more than any other doctor. She is excellent in every meaningful way.

Dr. Spivack is awesome and treated my 16 year so sweetly. My daughter was very nervous going to a gynecologist for the first time but Dr. Spivack was smooth and talk to her with ease. We appreciate that!

During the visit my provider said that additional labs would be needed and I should do those before my next visit. I was told I could do them downstairs. Normally I am provided lab slips during the appointment or they are uploaded to MyChart. When I didn't see anything for a week I reached out to be told the Doyle park lab was closed and I needed to go to LabCorp. If I had not asked I would not have known. I am also finding with every visit I am having to restate things over and over that I have either answered during my online check in or should be part of my medical records. This includes what medications I'm taking as well as that my pregnancy is by donor embryo. The doctors always seem surprised when I say it's a donor embryo like they had no idea. Overall my experience has been good but the misinformation and constantly having to repeat key pieces is getting concerning.

Dr Spivak was just what I needed. She recognized the condition that I had and was amused and supportive when I mentioned that I'd already located it on the web. Her plan for dealing with a nagging condition with no known cure was very reasonable. I feel hopeful that I can manage the problem in the future.

Dr spivak is my favorite doctor of all time. Her staff are also wonderful.
