My provider, care team and reception staff were excellent in their communication at time of scheduling, during the visit and in follow-up. My provider provided timely comments on my test results, specifically addressing the related questions I asked during my appointment. She had been easy to talk to, very clear in responses and well-informed. At the time I scheduled, online scheduling on the website was not available. This was inconvenient as I would have preferred online. However, the staff was extremely helpful in scheduling an appointment at a convenient time much sooner than I would have expected. They were also helpful in updating my insurance information prior to my appointment.

She was superb and caring. I have a particularly customer obsessed passion when it comes to healthcare (okay, everything around us) and she represents 'it'! Informative, kind, great listener, knowledge, professional yet personal. The entire experience was fantastic!

Bri is as very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with me. She was thoughtful in her approach. It was a refreshing change.
