I have been with Dr LaPier for nearly 10 years. She is an excellent Captain of my health Team. She gets me where I need to go.

Dr Rachel Lapier is detailed, thorough, and understanding. An all around amazing doctor! I completely trust her with my life. If there was a special award given to a physician I would definitely nominate her. She has really gone above and beyond for my health care needs.

Dr. Lapier is an excellent physician. I have always felt I've been given the best care possible. I'm lucky to have had her as my physician for about 25 years. She always listens, answers my chart questions throughly and her staff is excellent as well.

I never have problems with scheduling,or talking to a Nurse when I need to.Everyone is friendly,and professional always.

Dr Lapier is kind, thorough, and responsive to any questions or problems I have. As my primary care provider, she is always available via MyChart, is prompt in getting me what referrals and procedures that I need, and treats my like an intelligent adult. She takes the time to listen.

A great staff, and caring physician

Dr. Lapier was very thorough and sensitive to my needs. I had to wait a lot though and was at the appointment from 3:15, when I was aske to arrive, and almost 6pm.

Dr. Lapier always takes the time to really go over my records, asks relevant questions, is very empathetic. She listens to my descriptions and questions. In discussing options, she always makes me feel that I have a say in the decision and she usually shares alternatives/options. Thank you Dr. Lapier!

Dr Lapier has helped me to live a pretty normal life while having chronic illnesses. I deal with debilitating pain and also migraines which impeded my daily activities. My migraines are finally managed and so is my pain and I'm able to be present for my family and employer instead of stuck in bed where I was for a long time. Dr Lapier and her MA and RN always show compassion and take the time to listen to me. I really can't express how thankful I am to be able to have my life back.

My husband was with me at this visit. Commented on how well Dr. LaPier listened to me and addressed my concerns.

She put in two referrals for other medical services that needed to be done and they were approved within 24 hours. Dr. Lapier is the epitome of what one hopes a personal care physician will be. She cares, listens and takes the time to explain her observations and makes recommendations and a plan of treatment. If she is not the specialist in the area of concern she has no hesitation to refer patients on to a specialist. She has always followed through with what she says she is going to do. She has provided extra care at crucial times in my life that were intuitive on her part in alignment with what she knew I was going through at different stages in my life; in addition to providing excellent and timely regular medical care for me for at least 30 years and has greatly improved my quality of life.

My doctor is probably the best doctor I have ever had. She listens to my concerns and doesn't belittle me. She has my trust so I feel like I can tell her what is going on with my health. She explains things thoroughly. When she is in the room with me she makes me feel like I am the most important patient she has. No question is ever too silly or stupid that she won't answer it in great detail. She never makes me feel like she doesn't have time for my concerns. I wish all doctor's were like her.
