Dr. Willard was very friendly and answered all Questions. He gave me hope for the future after a fall, which caused a break in the wrist and shoulder issues.

The machine Dr. Willard used to see if my hand was broken was easy and fast and right in the exam room. I thought that was convenient and very cool

This visit was a pre-op for knee replacement surgery. Dr. Willard previously did the surgery for my right knee so some of the above questions do not apply. He is definitely my ortho doctor though.

Getting scheduled for my MRI took a long time but it was during Christmas and new years holidays. When I finally got in the care was excellent.

My experience was positive, relaxing, and informative. I am usually very stressed with going to a care provider, but not this time. I was surprised at how relaxed and stress-free I felt.
