Top to bottom this visit was very comprehensive for a first visit. Dr Yong and his team were highly recommended and referred, not to mention professional attentive and compassionate. I had direct/ indirect interaction with 8 staff members and can unequivocally note they all receive A+ with patient care and customer appreciation.

Great doctor, but unfortunately I wait to long on the lob to be seen.

Dr. Yong was excellent. Explained everything clearly and spent the time that was needed to make certain he understood the problems I was having.

Most of the experience was good except for the wait I waited more then an hour to be seen by the doctor and was loosing my patience. I almost walked out of the office but glad I didn't because I really liked the doctor just didn't like the wait.

My care provider was very good. The staff at front desk seemed inexperienced. It did not make me feel as confident in this new provider that I was seeing or in the clinic as I would have liked. In addition, the wait time was over an hour, but there could have been emergencies, etc. I don't know.

I was seen on day I called-excellent service!!

This provider. Dr. Yong, and his staff were new for me, a referral due to extended illness. Dr. Yong was thorough, supportive, attentive, bright, and explained the treatment well. His support staff kindly even came out of the office and offered me a bottle of water when I had to exit the waiting room while experiencing an extended coughing fit.

Dr Yong is very professional, efficient & friendly.

Dr. Yong is a terrific doctor. I had a biopsy on my tongue and he was very patient and understanding that I was concerned about pain during the procedure. He did his utmost to put me at ease. My only complaint pertains to the lab that processed my biopsy - it took almost a week to get the results! But that is certainly not the fault of Dr. Yong, who is terrific.

The heartfelt caring and concern that I received from Dr. Yong far exceeds anything that I have ever received before. (And I speak from 81 years of experience!) I am so very grateful that I was guided to find him.
