I was impressed with the person that handled the appointment. She went above the norm in getting me an appointment as soon as possible. The provider was also helpful and squeezed me in between appointments.

It took six months to get in but I am pleased with the overall appointment, Dr. Malone's care and the answers I received.

Dr Malone- made my son feel very comfortable. He is good with kids and had a great sense of humor. Very knowledgeable and thorough.

I really appreciate Dr Malone. He took time to listen and understand my needs and concerns. He was careful during the procedure, telling me what to expect and he minimized the discomfort. He carefully dicussed his observations, probable diagnosis, and made suggestions for a course of treatment. I liked him a lot.

Pleasant, listened to most, came in for post nasal drip, received advice for GERD. It seems to be helping to some degree so far. I honestly don't remember if he had my medical records with him or used the computer to find them. 15 min. Is Always trying. 90% of the time it is stressful for both Dr. And patient.

I have a yearly appointment to get my ears clean. It always goes well.

Dr Malone is an exceptional ENT Specialist. He listens to patient's issues with an intent to truly understand, he conducts a thorough exam, and uses his extensive knowledge and experience to propose the appropriate tests and treatment.

Everyone involved with Dr Malone and his practice are first class.

I have always had excellent care with Dr. Malone's office. Even when I moved farther away I would drive the distance to keep using this provider and his team. Now that I'm back in the area again. I will continue. I'm not always pleased with the distance of the appointment times it takes to get an appointment but I understand he is busy.

Dr David Malone provides an inner ear cleansing procedure that is very beneficial to my overall health and I appreciate the sensitivity and gentleness with which he performs the procedure. He provides not only cleansing but some relief to my ongoing mobility issues. And I always leave knowing ears have been professionally cared for. At 81 (almost) that is incredibly important to me.
