Dr Malone is always great!

Dr. Malone is an excellent physician

Pleasant, listened to most, came in for post nasal drip, received advice for GERD. It seems to be helping to some degree so far. I honestly don't remember if he had my medical records with him or used the computer to find them. 15 min. Is Always trying. 90% of the time it is stressful for both Dr. And patient.

I have a yearly appointment to get my ears clean. It always goes well.

Dr. Malone was courteous, and informative. He has good people skills.

Dr Malone is an exceptional ENT Specialist. He listens to patient's issues with an intent to truly understand, he conducts a thorough exam, and uses his extensive knowledge and experience to propose the appropriate tests and treatment.

Everyone involved with Dr Malone and his practice are first class.

I have always had excellent care with Dr. Malone's office. Even when I moved farther away I would drive the distance to keep using this provider and his team. Now that I'm back in the area again. I will continue. I'm not always pleased with the distance of the appointment times it takes to get an appointment but I understand he is busy.

Dr David Malone provides an inner ear cleansing procedure that is very beneficial to my overall health and I appreciate the sensitivity and gentleness with which he performs the procedure. He provides not only cleansing but some relief to my ongoing mobility issues. And I always leave knowing ears have been professionally cared for. At 81 (almost) that is incredibly important to me.

Provider was very respectful and helpful.

Alleviated concerns

Dr Malone was very friendly and professional. My only problem was it took THREE months to get a first time visit. I had a chronic sinus infection when I scheduled the appointment after a referral from my primary care provider bu t had to see another medical doc prior to this visit to get the issue mostly resolved. Not his problem. He needs more help in his clinic.

They got me in right away and took a lot of time with me, to determine if my hearing loss was permanent or temporary

Experience with the provider was very good. However, getting the appointment was unacceptable in my opinion. I think my problem was fairly urgent, and was not able to get the appointment for over three months. To me that is unacceptable. Very disappointed with the scheduling.

Really appreciated the efficient, caring and professional experience

This was at the Urgent Care clinic on Division and Dr. Malone is not my primary care provider. I was there for a very bad nose bleed. Dr. Malone was very kind, listened to what I had to say, and gave me some supplies to use at home with instructions on how to use them. All the staff were pleasant from start to finish.
