I was very pleased with the whole experience! Dr. Achim is clear, easy to talk with and gave me all the information I needed. I liked her very much! I was also impressed with the efficiency and courtesy shown by everyone I came in contact with.

Great! Love them. They have been so kind and professional. Compared to other Doctors offices I've visited recently.

Dr. Achim is an excellent physician and I trust her advice and diagnosis. She has great communication skills and is thorough, patient, and always makes sure I understand what she has explained during g my visits with her.

Dr Achim is very knowledgeable & a great surgeon, however when asking her tough questions she gave off attitude that I, & my brother, should just accept her curt answers & perturbed that I questioned her in the 1st place. I don't think a Dr has to be all warm & fuzzy however they could at least show some patience, especially when they're talking about your life. I hope that this information is taken not as insulting but as an opportunity to learn, and as I said, she is an excellent Dr & good at what she does.

I was sent to this provider not knowing she was a surgeon. I didn't need a surgeon, I was just trying to find answers concerning facial pain

This was my Cancer tumor removal Surgeon. She is very kind and is very good at her profession. She was very supportive with my improvements with my facial nerve paralysis. She is hoping my eye will be able to blink again. I'll see her again in 4 months.

So far so good. Just beginning my health journey.

Dr. Achim was great. She is very attentive and thorough. When needed again, I will definitely try to work with her.

I was anxious snd nervous about this appointment's wondering what her recommendations would be. She and her nurse were very genuine and kind in their demeanor and approach. I was quickly set at ease and felt supported.

Very pleased to have her as my surgeon. Only complaint is that it took me 4 mos to see her.

Dr Achim is very personable and does a great job explaining. I had a 2nd worry at my visit and she went and got a colleague who could properly answer my question and examine me.

Dr Achim is always very thorough with any questions or concerns I have.

When the Dr. Came in she acted at though she was angry. She was very much to the point on my lump on my head was and her recommendations on how to treat it. She could have been nicer. But she did answer all of my questions. And I felt the she was very confident In her knowledge. Would I personally see her again, maybe.

Dr Achim was very courteous & knowledgeable on why I was seeing her. I would highly recommend her to anyone who asks me about ENT providers.

Dr was very knowledgeable right away what I was experiencing. Previously we saw a Dermatologist and her diagnosis was not correct. Dr Achim immediately knew what was wrong with me

I was very pleased with both doctors who did the procedure on my vocal chords.

I was referred to this provider by my primary physician to follow up on a potential medical issue. She was extremely helpful in describing the issue and made referrals for follow up diagnosis

She was knowledgeable and I got the answers that I needed.

This appointment was a 5 year f/u. However, the provider seemed impatient and not particularly interested.

This care team worked well together. They did their job.

Dr Achim is always very personal and pleasant to see. She always answers any questions or concerns that I have!

Dr Achim was outstanding.

Only problem is the length of time to get into a specialist. She was excellent.
