I wasn't feeling very well during this visit. Miss Hillis was very understanding and answered all my questions. I had ordered a refill of [ID] a week in advance that was not called in to the pharmacy on time, so she went ahead and ordered it herself as I sat in her office. I appreciated her attention to this problem and have an appointment in 3 months to see her again.

My entire visit was a very pleasant experience. I felt very upbeat when I left the office as the clerk said goodbye.

Although I am on [ID]mg twice a day of [ID] and a small amount of [ID] for breakthrough pain I have occasionally used a very small amount of alcohol. I have occasionally drank one half of a beer, a sip of two of wine or using a dream liquor as a sundae topping. Apparently some alcohol showed up on my urine test. This has to be at least 10 hours after whatever minimum alcohol I had ingested. Valerie spent the majority of time looking through 8 years of medical records to play "gotcha" instead of talking to me. As a scientist myself, I need an evidence based explanation of why a small amount of ethanol is contraindicated and why this was never discussed previously.

As much pain that I am in, it is always a please to work with this team.
