We have been seeing Barbara Niklas CPNP-PC for a long time now. She and her staff are just wonderful. Barbara makes sure to educate us on any questions we may have and provides exceptional care to both of my children. Barbara and her staff are truly God's sent!

Always good experience

We love Barbara and recommend her all the time. We are very satisfied with services, the amount of time she spends with us, and overall bedside manner. The question I marked about not following up about the blood test was because they checked in when it was being completed asking if I wanted a call vs accessing on mychart and I said mychart. They confirmed I could access it, so no follow up was needed. There was no N/A available for that question.

Dr Nikolas made sure I was provided the information and assistance I needed to care for my child. One day she left me a voicemail prior to 8am and later that same day she was still working after 5pm. Such a lovely person who made sure my answers and issues were taken care of
