The whole team made me feel comfortable and didn't pressure me. I felt like I was being listened to and actually heard. When I felt scared they talked to me more about what was going on until I didn't feel so scared. I would give the team a thumbs up and and I appreciated the time they spent with me in making my experience feel more comfortable.

Dr Khanijoa is amazing. He looks me in the eye and I like that. I'm a person vs a patient. If I let him know I have more ?'s, he takes the time to listen to me. Although we don't agree on everything, at least the line of communication is there.

The visit was efficient and provided the information I needed. It is difficult to get timely visits scheduled apparently due to busy workload.

Dr. Khanijao listened to my concerns about predisone effects *(taken for COPD for many years) and is cutring back gradually to a lower dose.
