I have had good experiences with infusions and with Jeannette. I do feel she should consider medication changes when my RA pain is not controlled, but she's the best option for a rheumatologist in the Tri-Cities.

Never had any bad experiences with this provider. All experiences with Ms Hart have been very positive. If I am ever ask who a good RA provider is, I would definately refer them to Ms Hart.

Janette is a great provider. She treats her patients as if they were the only one. She is very personable and respectful. I am great full she is my provider. I really like her.

Janette always listens to me and answers any questions I might have. She lets me know if she has a concern and goes through my medical history with me. I feel between my lab reports and my physical exam she has covers all the basis and I have complete confidence in her treatment of me.

Great team! Work well together, answers questions, interested in how I am feeling, any new items to try or change. Have me on an eight week schedule and appointments are generally set up in advance. Also sends reminders etc.

We had very bad roads and ended up being late. She was willing to still see me. Our trip is usually an hour and a half, so it would be a pain to have to come back. I appreciate their patience. I use try to be early and they work me in.
