For my followup app later this month there was a lady and gentleman that helped with my scheduling, I don't recall their names, but they were Extremely helpful. I had a narrow window due to traveling from Wenatchee, including a friend that lives in Spokane and attends my appts with me, and Dr. Crewes schedule was a bit hectic but they made it happen and I greatly appreciate them. Dr. Crewes and his tech both have great demeanor's. Good people.

Dr. Cruz was amazing. I have had appointments with other ENT specialists and they were quick to discount my concerns and go straight to surgery. Not Dr. Cruz! He was so kind, listened to my concerns and gave a variety of options. He was very honest and determined to find a solution to my medical issue. I 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor that listens and doesn't push a certain agenda!

Provider was great but the appointment took 4 months and 3 days before they called and rescheduled which took another 4 monthsa little frustrating

This was my first visit in this clinic with Dr. Cruz. He listened and requested an X-ray and scan to rule out serious problems. Scheduled with him to figure out relief from a chronic issue. Just beginning this process which went well on the first visit.

It took almost 6 months to see this specialist. I think he is probably a great doctor. He checked my ear nose throat. I think he found all three and that was about it two things probably affect us. He looks at me 83 year old man a heart that could quit any day and things look good enough or the VA hospital doesn't pay him enough to spend time on me, he looked at me said I was fine. Set me out the door. I understand the process.

Dr. Cruz explained the procedure he was recommending and why he felt this surgery would help me. I appreciated his care and concern over the questions I had to help me understand the procedure.

Dr Cruz and the whole staff were exceptional. The only bummer for me was the wait to see this surgeon for a consult. But I guess that's what happens when a good Surgeon comes along. Since this was not a serious condition, the service and treatment I received made it worth the wait.

Medical assistants very courteous and professional. Dr. Very prompt, spent time discussing options with patience! Would highly recommend him to family and friends. The referral was made by my PMD in July and when I called for appt. I got a date for November, in October the office called and rescheduled me for January. As it so happened I came down with a cold one week prior to appointment and needed medical attention.

DrCruz is a kind and gentle man. I like his manner. He is very knowledgeable and seems very competent.

Cruz is awesome, did a great job operating on me. Good people. Nurses, anesthesiologist, everyone was very helpful and did a great job for me. I even got a call the next day checking in on me after surgery. Surgery always sucks, but they do a great job taking care of you!

Dr. Cruz is my ENT Doctor and I see him every 6-8 months for wax removal because I Had Mastoid surgery in the past. He is very patient and caring
