Was good got in after making many calls with communication with Dr and the pulmonary to make sure proper papers were being faxed to get seen. Was a head ache but I kept the ball going till it was correct.

Dr. Cruz is the best pulmonologist I have ever had the pleasure to deal with my lung issues. Dr. Cruz is always kind and attentive and genuinely concerned. I wish Clinics had more doctors like him. He is a very awesome doctor definitely one of the best!

Excellent service and care!

This was my second visit with Dr. Cruz. He has really explained to me about my COPD - he had ordered lots of tests, and also changed my medication. I was in to take a walking test - and go over results of the other tests and also to discuss my new med. I will continue to see Dr. Cruz. As far as recommending him - the reason I rated a 5 is because I wouldn't go to someone and say - you need to see Dr. Cruz - but I would relay my experiences with him

Dr. Cruz was knowledeavle and shared information in an easy to understand way. Reception was patie t and helpful.

The receptionist worked with me to find an appointment after I had t cancel one. She found a cancellation that worked. The nurse and doctor were right on time. All the staff were competent, informative and friendly.

Both Dr. Cruz and the young woman who administered the breathing test were extremely competent and courteous. In addition, Dr. Cruz's humor put me at ease and made me very comfortable.

The whole team was helpful and responsive. My only issue is I had to wait six months to get into see Dr. Cruz. As a new patient who moved from out of state, it was a very long wait. Worth it, but still a very long wait.

Dr Cruz and the staff at Providence Pulmonary are great, but it takes way too long to get an appointment with Dr Cruz. Thankful that Dr Cruz was able to work around the delay!!
