This was my first time with this provider. He seemed good at zeroing in on my most current need. I have more visits scheduled and should get better acquainted. So far I'm pleased.

This was my first visit to Dr Punj and Kadlec Clinic. I was impressed by his professionalism and care that he gave to me.

Felt as ease

Dr Punj is a good doctor. The Kadlec system leaves a lot to be desired. My physical was due in July, but I didn't get it until September. There isn't enough personal interaction when you have blood tests, etc. Of course I have been a patient of Virgina Mason for 40 years or so which I believe is one of the best medical providers in the world. You could use them as a goal you are trying to duplicate. You have a long way to go to do so.

The front desk staff is great. Dr Punj is vey thorough detailed compassionate. He provided great explanation of my situation and a plan of action.

We have received extremely welcoming help with all 7 of my doctors. We actually look forward to seeing most of them

The doctor I saw regarding this survey was a very pleasant experience. The office was veey clean as was the examination room. The doctor I saw was very pleasant and attentive. Probably one of the better experiences I've had with a provider. He took his time to listen and also to explain things to me. Showing charts and pictures to help me understand.

Reception and Dr were great. Nurse was ok, seemed a little preoccupied.

He has the best bedside manner of any physician I've encountered.

The doctor was very concerned with my medical health as I had expected.

This was my first encounter with Dr. Punj as a sleep medicine provider. This scheduled annual check-up came after a period of very poor sleep performance. Dr. Punj exceeded my expectations. He explored all aspects of my life that contribute to sleep performance. His analysis of the key factors narrowed my problems down to a few achievable behavior modifications. He schedule a 3-month follow-up. My confidence in this encounter has reduced my sleep anxiety and led to a hopeful outlook.
