Just fabulous!

I don't think she really listened to my concerns. I was explaining my past information on my condition and what I thought might be a cause. When I finessed, she said, as a doctor this is what I think we should do. In other words, she was the doctor and not I. I felt like I was dismissed, even tho it's my body and my condition and discomfort. I'm thinking of changing in Nov., not sure yet but thinking.

Dr. Santo's office is well ran and the staff are kind and helpful.

Treatment was hurried, impersonal and painful in comparison to same treatment received by her associate months before!

Dr. Santos demeanor is prickly and she treats her patients as you would a naughty child. I always dread having to go to her as she makes me feel stupid and upset. As a doctor she seems to know her field well, but as a caring concerned physician she is very lacking.I made my appointment with a staff member and had to wait almost two months. I was contacted by a staff member and asked to fill out paperwork before the appointment, plus I was given a courtesy reminder call. Three contacts with staff and no one said anything to me about their office relocating. I showed up for my appointment to find they had moved!!! This major oversight demonstrates a certain level of incompetence by the staff.

I have been seeing dr santos for about 13 years and she is amazing. I have never had a bad experience in her office. Her staff and nurses are always awesome. I recommend dr santos often to other people.

Dr. Santos did not open the chart for my mom when she was in the room, did not examine my mom. She did not listen to what mom has to say about her symptoms. She just spoke what she thinks my mom has which I do not agree with. I believe she is not only misdiagnosing my mom but her poor manner with her patients will drive many patients away. For sure, I will not take my mom to her care.

I felt a bit rushed. She gave me options for treatment, but I feel she did not explain the options so that I could weigh my choices. I got the feeling that the interest wasn't there. Hard for me to explain, but I came away from that appointment feeling unsure/uncomfortable about my situation/options. Also, I had to ask for any printed info regarding the treatments that were offered. Again, I felt enough time was not taken during the appointment.
