They treat me with respect and dignity. Every time I come, I feel listened to and cared for. Bladder cancer treatment is invasive and embarrassing, but they have made it as comfortable as possible. I very much appreciate this office and staff.

My provider is excellent, compassionate and a very good physician, however getting into the office was a nightmare-I was rescheduled numerous times, which makes it a challenge to get in as suggested. ( referring to the follow up plan)

I have a follow up visit annually due to a surgery from the past and follow up on issues that have changed or progressed over the past year. If needed, I would see my provider of urology services sooner than the one year follow up. I believe I am getting high quality care from this physician.

Dr. Ward is the very best kind on medical provider one could have. He engaged me with discussion of my overall health and well-being and how urological conditions affect my lifestyle. He is an excellent listener and clearly respects me as a person and values my health.

Hadn't seen Dr Ward for several years but he was up to date on my condition. He offered several different options and we decided on the one with fewest side effects. Still cheerful and positive.

Dr Ward and his staff always treat me well and provide excellent service. It takes weeks and sometimes months to get in with Providence urology due to provider availability. Providence needs to hire more providers. I fear losing the great urologist we have due to burn out. There are only 2 providers that service thurston and surrounding counties.
