I believe Providence Urology could use another doctor on the team....it can be difficult to schedule appointments. But I'm very impressed with Dr. Cheng and the staff.

I feel my doctor I feel my doctor it's very qualified and she makes me feel very safe. I have had a lot of problems with my bladder and I've had a couple of surgeries and she is just been so good about it. She explains everything to me and I really makes me feel safe and decreases my anxiety.

I'm thinking that Dr. Cheng is a very competent urologist. IF I was her coach, I'd encourage her to review patient files before seeing them, provide time to listent to the patient early on in the visit, share her advice in a manner that does not preach, and then check for understading by the patient.

I feel fortunate to have been assigned to her. She was exceptionally pleasant and helpful when discussing my case. Couldn't ask for anyone better.
