Office sent questionnaire to an old address they had on file, instead of the one provided by my local doctor. This held up schedule and required I download, print, and drive the questionnaire 50 miles to Missoula to get things moving. Meredith Rulon, however, was exceptional.

I was listened to and respected. All my questions were answered.

Dr. Ruland listened to my concerns, and was aware of the additional pain I was experiencing. She suggested a different injection to address the changing patterns of my symptoms. She got me scheduled immediately, and I have just received the SI Joint injections. I am optimistic for the results.
